Who we are

This website is run by ONE PLUS TWO EPOS LIMITED, trading as OnePlusTwo, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15177821). Our registered office is Business Innovation Centre, Binley Business Park, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TX.

This policy covers personal information collected through this website. It does not cover information held in our point of sale system on behalf of the businesses that use it, which is covered by our agreements with those businesses.

What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, business name, email address, phone number, type of business, your message, and whether you'd like to hear from us about products and offers.
• Demo bookings: the details you enter when booking through our Calendly calendar, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details and the time you choose.
• Live chat: your messages and any details you share when you chat with us, along with basic technical information such as your browser and the page you're on.
• Website use: if you allow analytics cookies, information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how you arrived and the type of device you use.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange your demo and answer your chat messages. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• To keep track of our conversations with you in our customer relationship system, so anyone on our team can pick up where we left off. We rely on our legitimate interests.
• To send you news, product updates and offers, but only if you've told us you'd like them. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it, but only if you allow analytics cookies. We rely on your consent.

We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing

If you tick the box on our enquiry form, we'll occasionally email you about our products, services and offers. Every marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe, or you can email hello@oneplustwo.co.uk at any time to stop receiving them. Unsubscribing won't affect any service we provide to you.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run this website and our business. They only use your information to provide their service to us, under agreements that require them to keep it secure.

• Formspree receives enquiry form submissions and passes them to us by email.
• Calendly runs our demo booking calendar.
• tawk.to runs our live chat.
• HubSpot is our customer relationship system, where we keep records of enquiries, demos and conversations, and from which we send marketing emails if you've agreed to receive them.
• Google Analytics helps us understand how the website is used, if you allow analytics cookies.
• Vercel hosts this website.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or with professional advisers such as our accountants or lawyers.

Information sent outside the UK

Some of these providers are based in, or store information in, other countries, including the United States. Where that happens, we make sure your information is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum included in the provider's data processing terms.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries, demo bookings and chats: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep the records we need for as long as you use our services and for the period required by law afterwards.
• Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe. We keep a record that you've unsubscribed so we don't contact you again.
• Analytics: no longer than 14 months.

Keeping it safe

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and only people who need it to do their job can access it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• ask us to correct information that's wrong or incomplete
• ask us to delete your information
• object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
• ask for your information in a format you can take elsewhere
• withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We only use cookies that aren't strictly necessary if you agree to them, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

• Strictly necessary: we store your cookie choices in your browser so we don't ask you again. This can't be switched off.
• Analytics (Google Analytics): helps us understand how people use the website. Only used if you allow analytics.
• Live chat (tawk.to): lets the chat remember your conversation as you move around the site. The chat only loads if you allow it.
• Demo booking (Calendly): the booking calendar on our Book a demo page sets cookies needed to run it. It only loads if you allow booking cookies or choose to show the calendar.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
